We look forward to welcoming our friends and guests and would like to reassure you that the health and safety of our guests continue to be a top priority. Our commitment to provide you with the highest standard of service and care remains unaltered.

During lockdown we have been busy preparing for the return of our guests and we therefore feel it is important to share some of the many actions we have taken and will continue to take in our guest house and self-catering cottages to enhance the safety, well-being and comfort of your visit to us.

Advice
We will continue to follow the advice of the NI Assembly, our local council (Lisburn Castlereagh City Council) and
NI Tourism who we receive our 4-star accreditation from.
Training sessions with all team members are ongoing so that all our team members and guests work together to ensure the safety, of everyone.

Social Distancing
Work practices have been re-examined and adjusted, table layouts have been altered, table service will be operated replacing self-service buffets, whilst extra dining space has been provided outdoors. Rest assured when staying with us you will have ample privacy and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy.

Sanitisation
We have increased the frequency of sanitisation throughout the guest house and within the cottages. Our fully accessible downstairs w.c situated in our front lobby affords guests the opportunity to wash their hand upon arrival and before check-in.

Introduction of hand sanitisation station
In addition we have introduced a hand sanitisation station upon entry to the guest house. Guests are invited to avail of our complimentary hand sanitiser.

Review and Improve
We endeavour to continually review and improve our system and practices in line with government advice and we encourage input from our guests and team members.

Examples of what we are doing:

Guest Rooms & Self-catering cottages
Designated Entrance & Exit – Tables further separated to maintain social distancing – Single use table menus to allow for sanitisation along with a breakfast specials board.

Increased capacity for outdoor dining on our sun terrace – Sneeze guard installed at reception/check-in – Enhanced protocol for sanitisation of tables between guests.

Fully sanitised room on arrival – including leather headboards and leather seated upholstery- Option of ‘Do Not Enter’ during stay – Pillow & mattress protectors changed between guests.

Unnecessary touch points such as menus, guest directories, pens, bibles, magazines all removed and available on request – Rooms aired between guests.
